HOW TO USE
With the E06 Winged Liner™ Brush, draw a precise line along the lashes to define the eyes using the gel eyeliner.
Use the felt-tip liquid pen to precisely apply liner along your lash line in one saturated swipe.
Use the pointed tip of the eyeliner pencil to precisely apply product along your upper and lower lashlines. You can use a smudge brush to gently smudge the liner to create a lived in, smokey eye effect. Sharpen the liner as needed using the built-in sharpener.
